Welcome to WQ Interior. By accessing our website or engaging in any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any inquiry, purchase, or service request.

Scope of Services

WQ Interior provides interior décor manufacturing, wholesale supply, and on-site installation services. This includes but is not limited to:
Wall & surface treatments (e.g., wallpaper, flex wallpaper, Colton, etc.)

  • Window coverings (e.g., blinds, curtains)
  • PVC panels and foam sheets
  • Flooring solutions (e.g., vinyl tiles, wooden floors)
  • Furniture polishing and placement services

All services are subject to availability and confirmed project timelines.

Orders & Pricing

  • Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Project estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Full payment or advance deposits may be required before dispatch or installation.
  • Custom orders, large-scale B2B projects, or bulk requests are subject to special terms discussed at the time of agreement.

Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Project timelines are provided based on current production capacity and site availability.
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (site access, late confirmations, etc.) may impact the delivery schedule.
  • Any changes requested after confirmation may affect both cost and delivery time.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders for customized or bulk items cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Installation services canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days, excluding non-refundable materials or labor already rendered.

Installation & Site Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring clear site access on the scheduled date.
  • Any structural or utility issues (e.g., power outages, plumbing/electric obstruction) must be disclosed beforehand.
  • WQ Interior is not liable for installation delays due to unprepared or hazardous site conditions.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, service methods, website content, and branding materials are the intellectual property of WQInterior. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we ensure professional service and durable materials, WQ Interior is not responsible for:
    Damage due to misuse, improper handling post-installation, or natural disasters
  • Incompatibility with non-WQ interior fixtures or external installations
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics companies
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the contract or order.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from service usage or product agreements will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
